Eating well doesn’t mean you have to eat Salads for 365 days. It does mean you have to get enough nutrients, minerals, and vitamins from vegetables, fruits, or meat if you are non-vegeterian. Now the question is, how about junk food. Junk food is usually not recommended by any dietician but a small amount of junk food in a month is permissible. Do eat well and stay happy.

Reading might sound boring to many, but trust me, it can really have a great transformation on you. It strengthens the brain, reduces stress, reduces depression, prevents cognitive decline, increases empathy, and definitely builds your vocabulary.
